October 1st 6 Month Commit to Fit Challenge

Our 6 Month Adult Commit to Fit Program is Back!
We want to help YOU!

If you fit the criteria below please submit your story, starting weight and photos to amyhowefit@gmail.com to be considered.

The Program: 💥
4 Lucky Participants will be offered heavily discounted personal training, studio memberships and FREE meal planning for the whole 6 month period.

The Candidates: 💥
✔️Must have over 75lbs to lose
✔️Must be willing to attend atleast 2 – 30 minute regularly scheduled Group fitness classes per week
✔️Must be willing to work 1 on 1 with one of our experienced female or male trainers 2x per week
✔️Must be willing to follow one of our customized Flexible Living macro meal plans and track all your food
✔️Must have clearance from your doctor in order to engage in physical exercise
✔️Must be willing to write a testimonial on our program at the end and let us showcase your results.
