2 x 2 – All Levels (30 mins)
Participants can enjoy 30 minutes of timed rotating basic TRX Suspension training exercises and spin bike intervals similar to its 3 by 3 sister. Not familiar with the TRX system?  That’s okay. The moves in this class are basic and easy to learn as a beginner exerciser. This class will be a great stepping stone to use to learn how to use the bands properly so you can graduate up to  TRX Bootcamp or TRX circuit classes.
