Agility Circuit – All Levels (30 mins)
Stay quick, stay fast, stay agile. That is the purpose of this fast moving 30 minute class. Agility Circuit will be compromised of different agility stations such as the ladder, BOSU balls, different pylometric stations, basic TRX exercises and body weight resistance exercises. This class will help you leap further, run faster and will help with any athletic development skills. No need to be an athlete – just someone that wants to train like one.
