You can most certainly expect to get a good sweat on during this weight training HIIT class.
Participants will be performing 3-4 sets of 5-6 different weight training exercises back to back with limited breaks in order to build muscle endurance.
This class is perfect for all those looking to build lean muscle and burn pure body fat.
