Muscle Wo-man – Beginners (30 mins)
This is a great class for both men and women – Muscle building at its finest for all.
This class is designed to promote strength and muscle building quickly. Outside of just a quick warm up in the beginning to get warm blood moving through your body, no cardio will take place in this 30 minutes. Participants can expect to properly lift heavy weights while performing high reps and low sets all while our trainers ensure proper form and posture.
Don’t be fooled by the name, this class is MUST for both women and men!
