Stretch & Go  – Beginner (30 mins)
This stretching class not only helps to heal troubled muscle areas, it can provide numerous other health benefits as well. When stretching actively (as opposed to a standard static stretch), the entire body as well as the brain becomes involved.
Stretching has so many benefits.  Just start a program of stretching, and you’ll soon notice many of them.  Some of the benefits of stretching are–
