Fitness and sports have always been major components in my life. I played basketball, football, and ran track nearly my whole life. I spent three years playing football with the Windsor AKO Fratmen and played briefly with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League. I am currently finishing my degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. I became a certified personal trainer four years ago, and since then have trained a wide range of clients including university level athletes, men and women looking to lose weight, and people with physical limitations looking to make day-to-day activities easier. Aside from a one-on-one training setting, I have also conducted many varieties of bootcamps and trained teams in various sports.
