My name is Darren Smith. Fitness improves your overall health and well-being. Throughout my life, playing and training for sports has helped formulate my love for fitness, which has expanded into a lifestyle that has made me healthier both mentally and physically. I want all my clients to experience what this lifestyle has given to me; direction, purpose, passion and confidence. I specialize in building muscle mass, fat loss, sport specific training and overall total body fitness. I will tailor our sessions together to help you achieve all your goals, constantly pushing and encouraging you to be your best. Together we can create a plan that fits all your fitness needs and goals into your already busy schedule. I have 20+ years of personal gym training. I enjoy hockey, baseball, golf and most outdoor activities I also continue to play slo-pitch at the highest level in Canada, winning 3 Canadian Championships and several Provincial championships along the way. Fitness is not about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you used to be!
