I have always been actively involved in staying fit and healthy with playing sports through high school competitively and leisurely after completing my degree at the University of Windsor.
I have instructed all types of fitness classes specializing predominately in spin, HIIT and TRX Suspension training programs although I am extremely familiar with weight training and core training programs.   I have worked with women, men, athletes and seniors who are just looking to improve the quality of their life.   
I am constantly trying to improve myself be continuing my education and working along side some of the best trainers this industry has to offer.
